MOSE (MOdular Smart Electrolyzer) is a PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) electrolyzer available with 7 and 14 kW power. The MOSE 7 produces up to 124 g/h of H2 at 30 bar. The product is equipped with a dryer consisting of two adsorption columns to purify the H2 up to 5.0 quality (99.999% pure). The system is compact (80x80x200 cm) and is designed to be easy deployable
Up to 5 MOSE units can be connected together to create a single electrolyser up to 35 kW (0.62 kg/h) or 70 kW (1.24 kg/h) with a single H2 delivery line (and a single vent line)
MOSE can be controlled from its remote control interface in different modes (basic/extended HMI) or integrated into high-level control (PEMS mode) with MODBUS communication
Once a dryer column is saturated, it is regenerated – the process takes a few hours during which MOSE must remain in operation. To optimize the ease of use of the MOSE, the user can select different regeneration modes (CUSTOM/NEXT START/INSTANT). Find out more on the DRYBER page
Through the MOSE HMI remote control interface, it is possible to monitor its performance such as: absorbed power, hydrogen production, pressure, operating temperature, electrolyte temperature, etc. You can also see the real-time health (SOH) and aging status of your stack by evaluating its performance on the current/voltage graph
BluEnergy Revolution offers the possibility, in agreement with the user, to acquire and visualize MOSE data to monitor its performance in real time and perform predictive maintenance activities to maximize the health and performance of the system, minimizing maintenance costs

MOSE is an extremely safe electrolyzer thanks to the forced ventilation of the cabinet that downgrades the area inside it to negligible/ZONE 2 and an H2 detection sensor that disconnects it (and interrupts H2 production) when H2 is detected. The system is equipped with numerous self-monitoring systems (hardware/software) that allow it to automatically secure itself at the first deviation from normal operation
BluEnergy Revolution offers a reverse osmosis-based demineralization system designed specifically for coupling with MOSE systems. A BLUDEMI unit produces up to 60 l/h of water with a conductivity of less than 20 uS/cm and can feed up to 5 MOSE units on its own. Connected to MOSE, BLUDEMI is controlled directly in slave mode
